As of the beginning of 1999 Prista Chem Ltd. concluded exclusive rights contracts with two of the biggest producers all over the world as Rotem Amfert Negev Ltd. Israel and Arkema – France for distribution of their products at the Bulgarian market. Prista Chem Ltd. has concluded also exclusive rights contract with the Holland company Caldic Chemie b.v. which evolved into a TOP -5 European distributors of chemicals.
